Cancellation Policy
Our time is valuable. As a courtesy to HER staff and other patrons, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in a cancellation fee up to 30% of the scheduled service.
