Cancellation Policy Please note that our salon hosts independent business owners who operate within our space. Each artist maintains their own individual cancellation policy. To learn about your specific artist's cancellation policy: Contact your artist directly. Call the salon at 904-864-3373 during business hours. We can then connect you with your provider. As a courtesy to our staff and other patrons: We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 30% or more of the scheduled service cost. We value your time and appreciate your understanding.
